PLEASE NOTE: Due to overwhelming holiday demand, The Royal Mail has informed us that parcels during the holiday season have been significantly delayed & may take longer than usual to arrive. We cannot guarantee a deliver date for any parcels regardless of the shipping service selected. We apologize for the situation & thank you in advance for your patience.

Returns:

We accept Returns & Exchanges for FaceSilk masks that have not been worn & have the original tags still attached. Your must Contact Us within 5 days of receipt of your order to return or exchange your mask. You can contact us at help@facesilk.co.uk or via Facebook Messenger. Please do not return your order without contacting us first.

We do not offer pre-paid return labels for orders sent outside the United Kingdom.

Due to the personal nature of this item, we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns or exchanges of masks that have been worn, washed, used or do not have the original tags attached.

Our masks are handmade and we inspect each mask before dispatch, however if there is a defect in your mask, please contact us right away.

Your satisfaction is our main priority so if there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us so we can make it right.

All Returns & Exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.

Shipping:

Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day. However, we are currently experiencing very high demand which has caused some dispatches to be delayed by 1-5 working days. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

UK Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class or Tracked 24/48. Depending on your selected delivery type, the delivery location and local postal services, the delivery may take between 1 and 3 working days to arrive. Most orders arrive in 1 working day after dispatch. 

We currently offer Free UK Shipping on all orders over £35!

European Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked & Signed. Depending on your selected delivery type, the delivery location and local postal services, the delivery may take between 3 and 5 working days to arrive.

Orders over €40 (£35) ship for just €2.30 (£1.99) to the European Union (50% Savings)!

United States & Canada Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked & Signed. Depending on your selected delivery type, the delivery location and local postal services, the delivery may take between 5 and 7 working days to arrive.

Orders over $47 (£35) ship for just $2.75 (£1.99) to the United States & Canada (50% Savings)!

Worldwide Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked & Signed. Depending on your selected delivery type, the delivery location and local postal services, the delivery may take between 5 and 7 working days to arrive.

Please Note: Royal Mail 1st Class & International Standard does not including a tracking number. We will be unable to track the progress of your parcel if it is delayed. Tracked 24/48 and International Tracked & Signed parcels do include a tracking number which you will receive in your dispatch confirmation.

**Due to the Coronavirus outbreak some parcel deliveries are being delayed and it may take longer than expected to receive your mask. We do not give refunds for delayed parcels.**

**International orders: Please be aware that countries outside of the UK may be charged import duties. We recommend to check your counties guidelines. The customer is responsible for any payment of import duties applied by destination country.**
